Terms
Colours on a screen are never quite the colours on the wall. I photograph everything in daylight and say where a piece is darker or warmer than it looks.
Shipping
Prints travel flat between two sheets of board in a stiff envelope. Nothing is ever folded or rolled.
Refunds
If a piece arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph it and write to me within seven days. I will refund you in full or replace it.
