I keep the copyright in every image. Buying a piece does not include the right to reproduce it, but ask and I will usually say yes.
Shipping
Outside the country, import duties and taxes are yours to pay when the parcel arrives. I declare the full value.
Refunds
Commissions cannot be returned once the work is started, but you see a sketch first and nothing goes ahead until you are happy with it.
